First, we consult with the client to determine what caused the stain and when it occurred. With this information, we select the proper spot remover and cleaning technique. Each stain is treated with hand brushes and a carpet shark, which are designed to separate fibers from the source of the stain.

 

For stubborn stains, we use a heat transfer process where a hot iron is used in conjunction with towels to lift the stain up and out of the fibers.
